1. Out of Morocco will require full payment on all orders prior to shipping. 50% deposit will be required on wholesale & large orders with the balance payable on notification of arrival with our shipping agent.


2. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay shipping, duties and local taxes. (FOB. Free On Board.) 


3. Out of Morocco supplies only handmade items, therefore no two pieces are identical and colour and detail may vary slightly.


4. All items are inspected prior to shipment and are insured by the shippers up until the point of delivery or collection by the customer.


5. All personal information & payment details are held on our system under the regulation of the data protection act and will not be used for any other purpose.


6. Persons viewing this website may not make use of any material i.e. photographs, pricing, reference numbers & graphics without the authorisation from Out of Morocco.


7. Payments to be made on acceptance and receipt of Invoice.
